Hi there! I’m Sydney, the owner of Bella Pelle. Established in 2019 & located in Downtown Arlington Heights, my small business is a private spa studio where you will receive one-on-one services–and my undivided attention! It’s important to me that all of my guests feel comfortable & relaxed while in my studio. My goal is to empower my guests to feel rejuvenated, beautiful, & confident after their appointment. Whether you’re in search of a lash lift, a facial, a Brazillian wax, or more–I’ve got you covered. Before opening up my own business, I worked at SalonSpa for three years. I keep falling more in love with the beauty industry every day & truly love what I do. I’m committed to improving my craft–& putting my clients at the forefront of my small business's success. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me, it’s been reserved just for you! I understand sometimes things come up & you need to cancel/reschedule. All appointments require a card on file when booking. There is a 24-hour window to cancel or reschedule your service. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel & it’s past the 24-hour mark, I will charge 50% of the service to the card on file. If you cancel within the hour of the appointment 100% of the service will be charged to the card on file.
- Less than 24hr notice will be charged 50% of the service.
- Anyone who no-shows their appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved service.
